from_cifti¶

Import in python using from mcot.core._scripts.to_dataframe import from_cifti

mcot.core._scripts.to_dataframe.from_cifti(filename: str, basename='')[source]¶

Converts a cifti file into a pandas dataframe

Parameters:	filename – input dense cifti file basename – basename of the dataframe columns
Returns:	pandas datraframe with any voxels/vertices in the dense input
